Am trying to decide between study abroad in two cities, Edinburgh or London - pros and cons about even for both, now just down to choosing, and am wondering, I know London weather is supposed to be moderately better (but still bad) but is there that big a difference?

I am going there for spring break and would like to know what to expect the weather to change from minnesota to that area..also, has anyone ever been on the Chunnel (underground train from UK to Paris), do your ears pop a lot??

I plan on taking a trip around that time of year, but I don’t want it to be to hot. I’d actually rather go when it’s cold. Any thoughts? Please share any experiences you may have had.
